Yoga Nidra with Veronica S.

Yoga nidra is a deep and relaxing guided meditation experience that will allow you to let go of distractions and worries and connect with your deeper self. This is a practice that supports our restfulness and sleep patterns. It’s also a relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body. The practice is done in a supine position and you will be guided into a meditative state which will allow you to go into a deep relaxation so that your body can begin to restore and balance itself. The secret of the practice is to reach and sustain the state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. A fun fact: practicing yoga nidra for 20 minutes is like having 1 hour of REM sleep which is our deepest stage of sleep.
