About the Class:
Mindful Meditation is about noticing and noting what is happening to you and around you. It’s about attending. Awareness. It’s about paying attention. It is about not judging the experience you are having while sitting. Mindful Meditation, unlike traditional meditation, brings all of the senses to your experience. It is both an internal and external experience. It is a more open form of monitoring.
Meditation, Mindfulness, and Mindful Meditation are three terms that I often hear being used synonymously in our Western culture. What’s the difference? Aren’t they the same? They’re not, and, I will clarify them for you.
Healing Breathwork, Clinical EFT, Mindfulness, Mindful Meditation, NLP, and Yoga. She is an
Educational Wellness Coach, professional developer, graduate course designer, and graduate
course instructor. She has her Masters in the Art of Teaching and over 100 graduate credits
focusing on instruction. Jennifer is a recently retired public school teacher of 25 years and holds
the title of 2020 Sussex County Teacher of the Year, and New Jersey State Teacher of the Year
finalist. She is the creator of Calm & Cool School, The Teacher Wellness Community, and hosts the Shift
for Wellness Podcast.
