Meditation with Tiffany M.

About the Class: In this 30-minute class you will practice everything mindfully: breathing, listening, feeling physical and emotional sensations. Being mindful, or practicing mindfulness, is being attentive in the present moment with intention and on purpose with an attitude of openness, curiosity, acceptance and no judgment. You will be guided through breathwork that allows you to surrender to yourself and go inward.
About the Practitioner: Tiffany is a certified mindful meditation and yoga instructor, Tiffany has led countless live and virtual breathwork and yoga classes. Inspired by her yoga practice of over 10 years and her desire to help guide others through a practice she benefited from, she got her certification to teach yoga in 2019. From there she became certified at The New York Open Center to lead mindful meditations. She credits her meditation and yoga practices for her rapid recovery from her brain cancer journey in 2016 & 2107. She’s a proud conqueror who wants to give back to, encourage, and uplift a community of women on their own journeys.
