Holiday Boundaries Workshop w/ Kelly D.

About the practitioner: Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. Kelly specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and anxiety related to health conditions, and relationship concerns. In addition to mental health counseling, Kelly has several years of work experience and training in oncology counseling. Kelly is passionate about supporting individuals in addressing and navigating the emotional and relational impact of health changes and diagnoses.
About the class: Kelly is a recent addition to the Mary’s Place by the Sea team and is thrilled to present a holiday boundaries workshop. The holiday boundaries workshop will support women in navigating holiday festivities while maintaining their emotional and physical wellbeing.
