About the Class: Expressive Writing uses the act of writing and processing the written word to link feelings to events. Writing in this form helps gradually ease feelings of emotional trauma, provides a safe and cathartic experience and helps to reduce stress.
About the Practitioner: Carol has an M.A. in Human Services and Counseling. She has facilitated groups in therapeutic counseling for 40 years, and has worked as an educator and writing coach for 50 years.
