About the Class: Join Health Coach Laurie Gowen in the kitchen as she discusses and prepares easy Plant-Based Meals -focusing on whole food ingredients and keeping it simple for your busy lifestyle. This month, Laurie takes on holiday cooking with healthy, delicious twists!

About the Practitioner: With a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Laurie uses her knowledge in plant-based nutrition to provide our guests with guidance on nourishment, wellness, and general lifestyle resources.
